Yes you can apply for the two at the same time but you might land in trouble at the time of cancellation when you will get seat in both sides. Becuase delhi university may allow simultaneous filling of forms but they will not allow simultaneous admssions. So Make it clear now what you want to pursue.

Yes, you can certainly fill the application form for DU JAT, as it is available from 30th may to the first week of june. You can visit www.du.ac.in to fill the application form. It doesn't matter if you have filled DU UG form in merit based courses, you can still apply for DU JAT. All the best!
