Your score should be above 550 to get government seat for mbbs in state quota. Although getting mbbs seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank,etc. But You can also try for semi government seat if in case you don't get government seat.
