Hey! My rank in CET 2019 is 119 for MA English but I belong to General category and outside Delhi. Will I get a college?

No Worries Shivangi , You will get it. If not, then IPU doesn't deserve you. Plus these super intelligent people only got so limited seats. ... garib university... Fees lootne ki dukaan !
And by the way I saw you that day during the exam , by god , IPU ka hi bhaari nuksaan hai if they don't take pretty you in ;)

No, currently only two colleges provide Masters in english vips and fairfield the seats are very limited and priority is given to candidates who are resident of Delhi.
