Hey, my state general merit rank is 740 for MHT-CET 2020. Can i get a seat in COEP (mechanical branch) & i belong to open category?

On such rank and category it's little difficult to get seat in COEP Pune through MHT CET Counselling because if we go through last year's data then it shows that last year the closing rank for COEP Pune was 673 for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
