Congratulations on scoring a god score in one of the toughest entrance exam if India.
As per previous years data from various sources for the range of marks close to 148, the ranks were as follows
For 2018 it was between 5k to 7k.
For 2017 it was in the range of 18k-20k (a huge difference).
For 2016, it was around 3k.
So as you can see the trend was not consistent. So as of this year, it is likely that you might be ranked somewhere between 4k to 9k in a broad prediction sense.
