Hey there!...If i change my name legally in India then how will i proof my class 10th and 12th marksheets?

First of all you have to go to notary public and apply for change of name submitting your application with required documents I have to show there the reasons behind it of changing your name. After getting the copy of notary public to change of name to published in the local and mostly published newspaper at least 2 or 3 days consecutively. After that you have to publish in the government official gazette. Get the copy of publishing official gadget of your changing name yah to submit it with all the documents to the principal of your school or to the head of the institution from where you have passed 10th class and 12 class. Then you have to apply for change your name in the marksheet of 10th class and 12 class to the respective board through your head of the institution from where you have you have appeared for the examination and passed the examination
After waiting a few days you will get the duplicate copy of marksheet relating change your name of your name from the school and keep it carefully.
