Hello Aditya,
I think you have query related to the choice filling,DTE Maharashtra has started the online registration and choice filling for MHT CET 2018 counselling from June 7. All the qualifiying candidates will have to register for MHT CET counselling 2018 and to report at the facilitation centres to verify their documents. Online submission of preferred choice of courses and colleges also have to be done by the candidates to particiapte in MHT CET 2018 counselling. Only MHT CET qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the counselling process.

I have verified my application form today at FC but still when i still click the OPTION FORM TAB no response from website.

Hey I want to know whether its before publication of merit list or after that.
You can start the choice filling once your document verification has been done,on that basis the merit list will be released.
