Hello Dibyanshu
For a young aspirant it is natural to be confused and raise question as long as interest in IT is concerned. Both the streams are growing in terms of demands and institutions. It may seem that both the courses are same but in reality differ greatly. They are not comparable to each other. Here I am drawing a collation between the two for better understanding.
BCA:
BCA course which is a three year program includes subjects having computer languages, operating systems, logical analysis, software development.
SCOPE:
The best alternative after BCA is pursuing MCA from a prestigious university or institute. The job opportunities available after BCA is in IT sector as junior programmer, software tester. It is advisable to complete MCA to give your career a push .

A candidate with 50% aggregrate in 12th boards with mathematics and english as subjects are eligible.
B.TECH (IT/CSE):
This is a four year program which focusses on combining the knowledge of other engineering streams. It is aimed to create logical analysis, programming skills, software development, data structure and alogorithm, cyber security, artificial intelligence, web designing and application development. It also combines some of the materials of BCA like database management.
SCOPE:
The scope and demand of CSE is very high all over the world. There is plenty of job opportunities both in country and abroad, IT sector and multinational companies. The package for a fresher ranges from INR 30 Lacs per annum to INR 3.5 Lacs per annum depending upon the ranking of the institute. The job prospects available with the degree are:
