Hello,
A weird thing about our Indian society is that we believe in myths and masses alot but thing a very wrong thing.Everybody is different and everyone has their own psychology,everybody's mind and brain function in a different way.If everyone was same then there would've been an Albert Einstein in every home.I would suggest you to go with what suits you and what you are comfortable at.The reason behind people came with idea of studying in morning is better was because in morning 40-50% people sleep and there is less noise so its a better environment to study in peace but they forget the same goes for night too.You must do what your minds want and what your body is comfortable at.
Your way is the best way.

You are preparing for Jee mains, and you need to make your own comforts for preparation. People are gonna say a lot of things. If you would have been really serious about Jee mains studies then you wouldn't have been wasting your time asking silly questions like this in here. So just go and study the right way.
