APICET 2019 Counselling Process

Following steps are involved in the AP ICET 2019 counselling process:

• Candidates have to register on the website THAT IS Payment of Processing fee,the processing fee must be paid by aspirants. It has to be paid in online mode

How to Pay?

Visit this link and click on processing fee payment online

Enter APICET Hall Ticket number and rank and click on pay fee online

The candidate will be directed to payment gateway

Select any one mode of payment and enter credentials

Upon successful payment, click on tab ‘print’ and take a print copy to produce it at the time of verification of certificates.

• Candidates are allowed to attend the counselling on the basis of their rank in the merit list. The counselling dates will be as per the ranks obtanied by the candidates.

• All the shortlisted candidates need to undergo the process of document verification at the help centres.

• Candidates have to select the college/stream according to their ranks and verify their documents .

• Based on the preferences entered by candidates and availability of seats and merit, seats will be allotted to deserving candidates.

• Finally, candidates who will be granted seats, need to pay the requisite fee and report to the college allotted to them as per the scheduled date.

Aadhar Card

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET)  Rank Card

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) hall ticket

Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education)

Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates

SSC/10th or its equivalent Marks memo

IV-X Study Certificates

Degree or B.Tech all semester marks Memos & PC

Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2017

Caste Certificate issued by competent authority

Physically Handicapped/CAP/National Cadet Corps/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.

Two sets of photocopies of all the documents/certificates listed above.

The counselling process are for students who have already qualified AP ICET and it involved the payment of processing fee (1200 for unreseved category and 600 for reserved categories). Please see that it can also be paid online. Next it will require you to have all your certificates verified. You need to copy the original and a photocopy of the following documents:

a. AP ICET Hall Ticket 2019 and AP ICET Rank Card 2019 Degree Marks Memos / Consolidated marks memo

b. Degree Provisional Certificate

c. Intermediate Marks Memo / Diploma Marks memo

d. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo

e. IX to Degree Study Certificates or Residence Certificate or Residence certificate of either of the parent in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from the competent authority in respect of Non-Local Candidates

f. Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2015 or Ration Card holders containing the name of the candidate

g. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in respect of SC/ST/BC Aadhar Card (Photocopies will be returned after verification)
