Anyone such as Citizens of India, Non-resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for NEET .

They have to meet the common eligibility criterions such as 10+2 pass percentage , age limit etc...,

you are allowed to updae your details without any restrictions.
