Hi, Although, EWS general has 10% quota from general category seats. But, Here cutoff rank for EWS is shown very low than general category. Then how is the category quota applied here? Please clarify

Hello ,
General category is applicable for all Candidates. Reservation category includes EWS which means Economically weak section which means candidates whose family income is below 8 lakhs per year. Rank or score cutoff for reservation Category is decided by the board or by the organizing body considering lots of factors like how candidates have performed. How many candidates belong to a reservation category, difficulty of paper. ... And many more.
During counseling process , they have to show EWS documents to claim that they belong to reservation category applied. EWS certificate need to be valid.
