Yes, you can do 5 year llb with your 12th/ 2nd puc qualification.
It doesn't matter at all even if you are 26 years old.
This is because,
There's no age limit for 5 year llb or even for 3 year llb( for 3 year llb graduation is required)

CLAT eligibility criteria is given below which is the most widely accepted entrance examination for 5 year llb :-
-----------) You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it
-----------) You must pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.
