For getting bebefits of minority categories,  you must present caste certificate or minority certificate.  Without minority or class certificate you won't be considered as special category candidate.  You will be considered as general category candidate.
If you can arrange that certificate then arrange it and afterwards you can proceed for applying colleges .
For getting ews certificate youust visit sub division Magistrate ( SDM)  Tahsildar or Block Development officer ( BDO)
You eill need proof of income ( salary slips, tax returns etc ) , proof of assests ( land records , property registration documents etc)
