Hi as I am currently employed so what date should i fill in the "Work Experience to" column of the employment details section ?

Hi Ashish,
I presume that the application form that you are referring to is for MBA degree courses and now to answer your question, you need to first enter the start year from which you were employed in that organization and started your duties and your tenure will be till the year from which your academic year will start for the course that you are applying for.
