First of all there is no any kind of free seat but yes the scholarships are provided by various colleges and organizations. So, as we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 449 for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole (Government Medical college) under state quota for OBC category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 480-485 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh. In the case if you want Government Medical College through All India Quota then you should aim for at least 580+ marks in NEET 2021.
