Sorry but I could not understand your whole question. The parts that I understood, I would like to answer you those. GEC Wayanad is a good college with excellent scenary and infrastructure and good faculty. Its BTech course is good. Courses like CSE and ECE are given the maximum placement here.
On applying for spot, your alloted college will be taken by you. The bad part of spot is that if you do not get a college in spot councelling, you won't be given the previous alloted college too.
