Greetings, Vaidesh.

As a general rule if a candidate fails to freeze a seat allotted to him/her and all the rounds of counselling are completed then that seat will not automatically freeze and be considered to have been cancelled or not accepted by the candidate. It will then probably be offered during the special counselling rounds later on when the vacancies are filled.

So do not keep floating the seat allotted to you and freeze it before the  counselling process ends.

Best of luck! and have a great day
