Yes you can do MBA distance course from PGCET it's good to do from here for that a candidate must have 50% in in his/ her bachelor degree from any recognised University, candidate must have cut off marks in their entrance exam.
but don't go only for PGCET firstly try to apply for other top government colleges for MBA by giving management entrance exams.
