In USA you have to give an licence exam before applying for A job that is NPTE with GRE Or IELTS.

Bachelor of physiotherapy or BPT is a course that is mostly in the field of therapies regarding joints and muscles for easy motion.

Getting a job in foreign countries is not a big deal but one has to fulfill the criteria for practising in foreign countries.

See, you can get a job in foreign country but for that you must fulfill the criteria for that particular country you will be applying for. You must know the language that is common there. See, if you try working in japan then definitely you should know japanese because their full work is on Japanese language as they don't support foreign languages much.
