Hi there !
Hopefully you're doing well :)
TS PGECET - Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test is conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
Shortlisted candidates will get admission into Regular PG Courses in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy (ME / MTech / MPharmacy / MArch), Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate) for the academic year 2020-21.
The previous years cut off of TS PGECET of all universities for respective courses isn't available on the internet. You can only get these details through counselling.
As you've mentioned in your question that you want to get admission in JNTUH or OU , then you'll have to secure a rank under 50 for your desired branch, because all the seats are filled through GATE (preference).
So you'll have to get a rank under 50 so that you can get admission into JNTU or OU .
hope it's helpful :)
Thank you !
