The National Law University Odisha, Cuttack has extended the last date to submit CLAT 2019 application form till April 20, 2019 for candidates who have already registered for the test but did not complete the application process. This provision to submit the application form of CLAT 2019 till the aforementioned extended deadline is not available to those candidates who have yet not registered for the test. The university had earlier extended the deadline to complete the registration process and submit complete application forms till April 15, 2019.
And if you haven't registered for CLAT then yes you can do LLB after b.com, the three year LLB course eligibility is minimum a graduate. Therefore, you have completed bcom or thinking of doing LLB after bcom , then definitely you can do it.

Step- 1: Register Online
Visit the official site of CLAT.
Read the information & click on Apply Online.
Click on the tab “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION“.
Register yourself with required details.
Read the Information carefully and click on continue.
The candidates have to register online by filling the following details.
Name of the Candidate (as it appears in X class certificate).
Email I.D. which can be accessed by the candidate frequently.
The candidates have to give his/her personal & alternative mobile numbers as most of the communications may also be sent via SMS.
Click on submit button.A new page will appear on the screen.
Collect your user ID and password through your registered mail ID.
Step- 2: Login to Application Form
The candidates have to login with their user ID and password.
Click on submit button.
Read all the entries carefully.
Click on the “Next” button.
Step- 3: Upload Images
This step will contain the procedure to upload the images (Photograph & Signature). Before filling the application form the candidates need to collect all the necessary documents.
Photograph:
The photograph should be a recent passport size with name and date.
Photograph should be colored with clear background (prefer white background).
It should be a scanned image in jpg or jpeg format.
Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred).
The file size should be more than 20KB and less than 50 KB.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
Signature:
Signature should be done only by the candidate as it may be checked any time.
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred).
Size of file should be between 10KB – 20KB.
Scanned image in jpeg/jpg format.
Step- 4: Enter Details
The candidates have to login their application form with their user ID and password.
The candidates have to fill all the details which are asked in the application form such as:
They have to fill their personal details category/gender, address etc.
Click on save and next.
Enter year of qualifying exam passing or appearing.
Enter board or university name.
Click on save & next.
Choose the NLUs as per your preference.
Click on save and next.
Candidates should preview the application and then make it final submit
If you re aspiring to get admission through CLAT, the examination fee has been devided into major two categories.:
1. A student who belongs to the General category/OBC/Specially Abled persons has to pay a sum of RS. 4000.
2. A student who belongs to SC or ST category has to pay a sum of RS.3500.
The Fees shall stand as Non-Refundable .
The fees can be paid through non-cash/online mode of payment i.e. credit card/debit card/ RuPay/net banking/wallet etc.
Students who cannot make payment online have to make a payment through a bank challan which shall constitute to be an offline mode.
Following are the steps that have to be followed while making a payment:
1. Click on the link 'pay exam fee'.
2. Select the Payment mode i.e. Debit/Credit card, Net Banking or Bank challan.
3.Candidates can choose to pay through online or offline payment mood. In online mode, you can pay it through the debit/credit card or net banking . In offline mode, the bank challan has to be paid while visiting a bank.
4.If the candidate is filling it through an online mode, OTP is required to be filled in that shall arrive at the registered mobile number with the bank.
5.A new window shall be opened stating that the clat payment has been successfully submitted .(If paid offline) and filled up the examination form successfully.
6.While if you have to pay Through Bank challan , simply just go to the requisite bank and fill in the challan details containing the requirements of the Note details and pass on to the cash counter.
7.You will further get the details and a message that payment has been made successfully.
8. The candidates shall further remember the User Id and the password that will be provided and which shall also help in having an access to the Admit card required for the examination.
