The time table and schedule plays a important role in your preparation. You can make your schedule according to your ease there are some key points you should keep in mind :
One of the example : you should wake up at 6 :00 O clock and study for 2 hours from 6:30-8:30 . After this breakfast and if you have any class or tution from 9 am. To 3 pm. Than you should take lunch and rest for half an hour. From 4-6 you can study . Take a break and refresh and entertain your mind. Than from 6:30-8:30 you can study After that you can take dinner.
After 9 pm. you can put another slot from 9-11 and than go for sleep.
It's just a example you can make according to you.

Suggestions are not to follow any schedule. Instead take your studies/preparation as a hobby and try to give at least 4-5 hours a day for JEE preparation (excluding school hours/coaching). But, if you wish to follow any schedule, then make it according to your interest and how many hours you can give for preparation. Also, consider the factors like in which subject are you weal or which topic needs more focus.
