Which mean rank range for marks range of 520 to 540 id 29010 to 50475

In my opinion it seems highly difficult for you to get govt medical college.
With a score of 520-540, your rank might be approximately between 27994-32317 . This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . Now regarding the Colleges that you may have a shot at, your score is a tad difficult for a seat in Jharkhand Government Medical Colleges because in 2019, the cut off for General Category was 580. But with this score, you might have a chance in Deemed Universities.
