The admission criteria of any course depends on college to college. Every college has its own rules regarding the admissions. Some may consider only the 12th percentage such as Delhi University , some may consider both the 12th percentage and the entrance test such as Christ university , Bangalore and some may consider only the result of entrance test such as NLUs for bba llb course. So you have to first finalize the college you want to take admission in and then look for its admission criteria because every college has its own way of taking admissions. If you are willing to take admission in BBA you will have to fullfill some criteria of different colleges. They can take admission on the basis of intermediate  marks and some of them takes admission through entrance exam.

Hello heman it is the combination of both the marks.. there is some criteria of having atleast 45% or 50% passing in board Exams ie: 12th results, and for few colleges there is also entrance exams where one needs to pass those exams to qualify to take admissions.. it depends on which college you opt for..

For BBA there is some college wanta a entrance exam and there will be also see your class 12th result according to there eligibility criteria like most of the college criteria its 75% above or some of them ask 55% or above so it depends on college but yes they ask about your 12th result
