Hi, do the Bc caste reservation is applicable to the other state students in APEMCET? please clarify.

The BC caste reservation certificate is applicable to other states only when you come under central BC list and not state BC list. So, it implies to AP EMCET as well. You can only apply for other states if you come under Central BC reservations and not BC reservation of a particular state.
