Hi, Do we have to fill in this form and send it to DU? Or we have to take this filled up form at the time of counselling?

I would like to tell you that if you have qualified for the counselling and you have your name in the cut off list you need to go to the college with all the required documents like 10th and 12th marksheet, Adhar card, etc so as to get your admission confirmed.
