Hey Diwakar I have the same issue and I contacted a few  admission consultants regarding this. Most of the consultants are saying that its not possible to get the eligibility certificate. FMGE has no restrictions per se regarding the mark sheets. What is important is you complete your primary Medical Educational Qualification from a recognised University and then have the required documents which are evidence of your Medical qualification. So your 12th marks lists with Biology as an additional marks sheet should not be a problem at all. Nevertheless, to confirm the same, please mail NBE at their helpdesk at: mail@natboard.edu.in (mailto:mail@natboard.edu.in) . They can help you with relevant information. But ideally this should not be a problem because for FMGE, the focus is on your Medical Degree and Qualification and not on your 12th.
