JEST is conducted for admission to Integrated MSc / MTech- PhD/ PhD in Physics or Theoretical Computer Science or Neuroscience or Computational Biology jointly by several participating institutes.
So yes, you can definitely go ahead with JEST after completion of BSc Physics.
