If you want to pursue M.SC in Computer Science(CS), you need to have 50% aggregate marks in Computer Science or other relevant subjects from a recognized college/university.

The admission into the M.SC Computer Science depends upon in which college/university, you want to get admission. The admission into the M.SC Computer Science is either based on the marks scored in the last qualifying exam/degree or on the entrance exam like IIT JAM etc.
