Hi Guys .. If a person has completed Bcom(P) from SOL, DU scoring 48% and is 30 years of age .. will this person be allowed to sit for CLAT?
CLAT has removed any age limit to sit for the exam, hence you can. Other than that you need minimum aggregate of 45% in the qualifying exam ie 12th. But it is advisable that you opt for a 3 year Law course instead of a 5 year one. As you've already completed an Undergraduate course, then you should go for a 3 year LLB programme. As CLAT only provides 5 year Integrated course in law which combines an Undergraduate course with Law like BA+LLB, Bcom+ LLB etc.
Best of luck!
