Hi, Have a query, I join a govt engineering college with a merit seat, can I move to other professional course like medicine during the first 1 to 3 months of joining, if I get a admission. what would be the process at the engineering college in this regard, any penalty on fees?

If you want to leave the college in which you have already taken admission then you may have to pay the entire course fee also you need to get your certificates back from your college. Each college and different procedure and term& conditions. So, you need to enquire before taking admission. You cannot take a wrong step and regret it later.
