To increase speed and accuracy, the only thing that would help you us practice,practice and lots of practice.Solving previous year question papers, online mocks and sample papers would help you in that.Set the time and try solve the question is the time frame.For English, extensively solve the previous year papers and solve questions of the topics from various websites.The syllabus of English is quite basic like tenses, pronouns,sentence structure,models,determiners,synonym and antonym and Commands and requests, Statements, Questions.For English part I would recommend you to solves sets of banking exams,get any book from the market that covers english for competitive exams ,there are many books like kiran publications.Consistency and lot of practice can help you to score well in MET.

For aptitude, there are tricks for some sections and Some are basic rules. The only way to gain skills is to practice harder. Harder in terms you understand how to solve the question accurately which is 1st priority and 2nd priority to limit time.
Use question bank of RS agarwal S.Chand as it provides good question set. There are online sites which provides mock tests appear them so that you can check weak sections and give more focus on it.
On the part of english, some chapters have rule and some have tricks and some is common sense. So you have to practice and hold patience as the questions are quite lengthy and big.
