SOIL is a good MBA program but you need to see who are you comparing it with.
This college is a concentrated 365 day course and has a structured plan for your interest area. You have Human Resource(HRLP) , Marketing, Business Analytics and Finance under the heading of Business Leadership Program(BLP) .
this college actually pushes each student to start where they feel like giving up. This has numerous guest lectures from different colleges and corporate world, you meet people about whom you have just been hearing and reading. Such exposure is rare. This one year will also give you internship exposure, a trip and an opportunity to get associated with NGO.
If you do a bit of research about this and get in touch with the alumni,you will find all of them with positive reviews.
