There is no upper limit on the age as of now for the NEET exam so if you are interested in becoming the doctor then you can give the NEET exam.
The miniumum required percentage in 10+2 is 50% in PCB.

Yes, you can there is no upper age limit for NEET examination till now and the eligibility is you must be 17 years old and have qualified 10+2 from any recognised board or have passed any 12th equivalent examination .

Admission in MBBS through Neet examination and there's no no upper age limit for Neet examination .
So, yes even though you are 27 years old, you are still eligible for Neet examination provided you must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practica l) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 45% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to pwd category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
