See MHT CET is basically for admission of engineering, pharmacy, agriculture and on the other hand NEET is conducted for admission of MBBS/BDS/Ayush Courses etc, in Maharashtra NEET scores are accepted for admission of BPT, and from this year it's also accepted for BSc Nursing, so it depend in which specific domain your interest lie, and moreover the eligibility criteria of UPSC Civil Service Exam and MPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, while in case of latter there is efficiency in Marathi is required which is essential for state civil service examination, so irrespective of whether you do engineering/medical or any other course you can appear for aforementioned exams if you fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid out by officials.

Eligibility criteria for MPSC
Competency in Marathi
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
There is no limit on the number of attempts, and candidates in their last year of college are also eligible for the MPSC exam.

A degree from a Central, State or Deemed university
A degree received through correspondence or distance education
A degree from an open university
A qualification recognized by the Government of India as being equivalent to one of the above
