Hello,

See MHT CET is basically for admission of engineering, pharmacy, agriculture and on the other hand NEET is conducted for admission of MBBS/BDS/Ayush Courses etc, in Maharashtra NEET scores are accepted for admission of BPT, and from this year it's also accepted for BSc Nursing, so it depend in which specific domain your interest lie, and moreover the eligibility criteria of UPSC Civil Service Exam and MPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, while in case of latter there is efficiency in Marathi is required which is essential for state civil service examination, so irrespective of whether you do  engineering/medical or any other course you can appear for aforementioned exams if you fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid out by officials.
