Hi. I am a Bachelor in Management Studies graduate 2019 from Mumbai University. I wish to apply for M.A English at DU. Am I eligible as a commerce student to apply for the admission entrance exam and course?

As per the rules of the university, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:-
- Graduation in English or any other related discipline
- A minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation
Since you didn't pursue English or related disciplines in graduation you cannot do MA.
