Hi, I am a BDS graduate. Am I eligible for MBA in general management or should I go only for hospital and health care management?
Hello,
You can do MBA in any specialization. The minimum eligibility is an Undergraduate degree with 50% marks from a recognized university and good percentile in the national level entrance test or admission seeking institutes tests like LPUNEST(Lovely Professional University), DSAT (Dayanand Sagar university)and SRMJEEM(SRM University).
Hope this information will help you. Best wishes.
Good Luck!
So if you are thinking of pursuing MBA keeping placements in view, do rethink on opting for Financial Management.
There are colleges offering PGDM in Hospitality Management, you can consider that as an option if you are not much interested in your core subjects but the overall Hospitality Management overall.
Since you are from BDS background I would definitely recommend hospital management as a probable and favourable MBA course for you as compared to financial management where you will will be lacking the basics of those people have invested the years in economics and commerce related studying instead of you has been made to the hospital setup and medical sciences for the same period of time
Dear Jeya, with BDS as your qualification you can pursue MBA in General Management. For pursuing MBA in General Management, you should have completed your Graduation in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. It is 40% for Reserved Categories. Few Institutions conduct Entrance Examination while few conduct admissions based on merit in your highest qualification.
