Dear student,
There is lot of variation in the JEE Mains score you mentioned and the Percentile you mentioned. Your score and percentile doesn't match. Based on your JEE Mains Paper-1 score your expected percentile may be in between 96.99 - 98.39. For this percentile your expected Overall Rank may be in between 16470 - 34615. A s you belong to OBC Category (Girl) there are good chances of getting seat in NITs.
You have chances of getting seat in below mentioned NITs based on previous year's cut-offs.
National Institute of Technology, Agartala
National Institute of Technology, Bhopal
National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar
National Institute of Technology, Durgapur
National Institute of Technology, Goa
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur
National Institute of Technology, Surathkal

Hello Aspirant,

See the marks and corresponding percentile which you have mentioned is not matching because on 143 marks out of 300 marks in JEE-Main 2021 it is not possible to have such low percentile, this can only be possible in the case the paper for that shift is very easy or more than very easy which was not really for February session. So you might have calculated wrong marks using the answer key or there is some error in your result so I would recommend you to reach out to NTA, inform them about your issue because if the situation that you have mentioned is true then on 143 marks an OBC girl can get seat in good NITs.

If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile is expected to be in the range of  95.15 - 96.93, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
