Yes you are eligible to pursue B.Tech in Food Technology course if you have PCB as your subject combination in your 12th .Well, your query is quite incomplete , you haven't complete the sentence what you don't have !
But at first ,you have to give JEE Main or MHT CET to pursue undergraduate engineering course. Note: you should have mathematics as an optional subject in your case.
after then, based on your rank .. you can get the college with your preferred stream !

Well many colleges provides B.sc in food technology also. So you can refer to that colleges if interested . I am giving you some colleges list which provides B.sc Food Technology as well as nutrition dietetics courses too..
