Hello Aspirant.
I have been a JEE Aspirant in my past so what I tell you I am saying everything out of experience. Honestly speaking, circles is one of the most basic chapters in the JEE syllabus and if you are taking 2 hours to solve 10 question then you need to practice sums with proper time management. This means on average you take 12 min to solve every single problem. Some topics like family of circles, locus problems can take a little more time but still can be solved in maximum 5-7 minutes. I advice you to start practicing from NCERT TEXTBOOK questions and improve your problem solving speed there. That will develop your hand memory while solving and you will notice after practicing sincerely for a 4 to 6 weeks, every time you sit to solve questions your hand will automatically start moving. Then jump to higher level question.
Divide your schedule every time you start solving questions in sub-categories like sometime you monitor you solving speed and target 20 questions in an hour and sometime you solve just 5 question in one hour but those should be very high question to develop you understanding and application based approach.
Once you are comfortable with the chapter, don't become overconfident. Ground yourself by solving advanced level problems. Refer more books with JEE ADVANCED based question and also practice previous year questions.
This strategy is applicable to every chapter in the syllabus. Don't loose hope, you can still do it. Just have patience and believe yourself that you can do it.
Hope this helps you. ALL THE BEST for your future.
