Hi, I am an OCI person, but I have studied entirely in India. I also have my Adhar card. I want to know, in Delhi University, NITs and IITs can I apply as an Indian citizen in general category (with Indian student's fee structure).

Hello,

OCI candidates are treated like NRI candidate generally. Because they are pay the fees same as NRI students. But you have your adhar card so you can talk to the college authority direct about your position. If they are considered your fees. But generally the OCI candidates pay same fees as NRI candidates.

All the best.
