You have not scored sufficient marks in NEET to qualify for the private university, so the only way you can take admission their is through management quota.
You can get into private dental college easily through management quota all it needs is the amount of money to be paid. The amount for the private college is usually high but it also depends on the approach to put through. It also depends on the course which you take and the college.
You can of course get admission in AP but you need to ask in college for that. No need to go to Bangalore or Chennai.

You have got a low score and so you will not get any government colleges in Andhra Pradesh has the cut-off is increased. Same is with government colleges of Bangalore and Chennai.
There are chances that you get a management quota seat in some private colleges.

It also depends on that from which category you belong to. There are small chances with this marks, but on tight may be you get what you want.
