Dear Dev,

In order to take admission in government colleges of Maharashtra you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra.

If you want you can take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra.

You can take admission in private colleges of Maharashtra through JEE Main and MHT CET but JEE Main candidate are preferred over MHT CET.
