Ramesh if after getting birth in Andhra Pradesh later you shifted to Pune, Maharashtra and completed your 10th and 12th board schooling from the school in Pune only and if you also have the address proof where you are living in Pune then you don't need to worry you will get the domicile of Maharashtra state which you can use it during the college selection.

Documents required for the Domicile Certificate in Maharashtra:Age Proof: Copy of birth certificate, School certificate, Life Insurance copyAddress Proof: Ration Card / Voter ID /Passport/ Driving License /Electricity billPhotos: 2 Photographs of Voter ID /College or University IDApplication form: Completely filled application formIdentity Proof: Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Voter IDPhoto Copy: All documents photocopies attested from the government officerAffidavit: Affidavit from tehsil or court Procedure to apply for the Domicile Certificate in Maharashtra:Collect the application form either online or from the local authority e. the Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office, Tehsildar’s office, District Collector officeTake application form and fill all important details very carefully like as the name of the applicant, complete address of the applicant, contact information of the applicant and the information if any other member is having a Domecial certificateThen attach your all the documents with the application form and visit the setu centre for submissionAfter successful submission of the application and the required documents, the applicant will receive his/her Domicile Certificate within 30 days from the date of issuing
