Hi I am currently studying in hsc gujarat I have passed ssc from gseb board my mother has domicile and birth certificate of maharshtra .what if I pass my hsc from maharstra board would I be eligible for MH CET as maharshtra state canditate.

The eligibility criteria for MHT CET state quota is that a candidate should have passed HSC examination with Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects with any of the subjects Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical / Vocational.
Candidate should have at least 50% marks in these subjects (for the general category) and at least 45 percent marks (for reserved and PwD candidates who belong to the Maharashtra State only).
So, as per eligibility criteria, you will be eligible if you complete your HSC from from Maharashtra.

If I complete hsc from gujarat then that means I wont be eligible to give mhcet as maharashtra canditate?
