hi, i am doing one year course (LLM) and i am in the last semester (2nd). i wish to do phd from nlu delhi, i want to know that can students appearing in the last semester apply for phd? am i eligible to fill ailet exam 2022 that is going to held in may 2022??

Eligibility for AILET 2022 for LLM is -
- The candidate must have completed LLB (3-year LLB or integrated LLB) from a recognized university or institute with at least 50% aggregate marks. SC, ST and PwD candidates must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination (final year/semester of LLB graduation) are also eligible to appear in AILET LLM 2022. However, to become eligible for admission, such candidates must have completed their graduation with minimum qualifying marks by the time of AILET counselling.
- Candidates placed in the compartment in the year of admission will be ineligible for admission to the LLM course even if they have cleared AILET 2022
