You don't stand any chance of getting a government College seat in Jharkhand through counseling by MCC unless you belong to the reserved categories (SC/ST). Your chances are also less in counseling by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board ( JCECEB ) for the 85% state quota seat in general category but you have pretty good chances you belong to the reserved categories.
