see CAT stands for common aptitude test. this is one of the most popular management entrance test which held every year across the country. numerous number of candidates appeared for cat exam every year. cat syllabus includes topics of verbal ability & reading comprehension (VARC), data interpretation & logical reasoning (DILR), and quantitative aptitude (QA). however there is no specific syllabus. candidates who has completed bachelors course in any of the stream are eligible to appear in cat.
so to prepare for cat your 10th standard mathematics knowledge is enough. you did not have to study for 12th science mathematics.
however if you are in grasuation you should start preparing at the final year of studies. 1 year of sincere studies along with practice with mock exam are enough to crack cat with decent score. you must make a routine where you have to reserve a schedule to study cat previous years papers. some of the best books are
