Hi, I am from general category I wanna ask that what is the safe rank or marks zone for getting iitb in jee advanced with a good branch ???

as a general category student you need 130+ to clear cut-off's of iit's.but you need to score high to get a good branch( like for CSE will need 250+).to know the previous year cut-off's,please refer below link

It is difficult to predict as JEE Advance Exam Pattern keep change every year but try to score more than 50% in JEE Advance to get into IITs. You can refer the previous year cutoff with the given below link.
